BIOGRAPHY
Recently graduated from the Royal Welsh College of Music and Drama, Liv Brewin is an up-and-coming saxophonist in Bergen's vibrant music scene.
Born in England and having grown up in Wales, Liv studied music performance in the UK, Norway and the Netherlands. She is an accomplished, up-and-coming saxophonist with a wide-breadth of experience spanning over a decade, and a music degree with honours. She has filmed as a saxophonist for the popular BBC series ‘Doctor Who’, as well as an upcoming feature film. Liv has also performed in such renowned venues as Carnegie Hall (New York), the Royal Albert Hall (London), Schouwburg Concertzaal (the Netherlands), BBC Hoddinott Hall (Wales) and Sardinen USF (Norway), as a member of various groups and orchestras.


More recently, she has performed in hospitality venues throughout Bergen, Norway, both solo and as a member of duos, trios and bands. She obtained a residency as part of a duo at at an Irish pub, and has performed and delivered workshops at cultural events.

Liv was granted funding by the Monmouthshire Further Education Trust Fund, which helped her with costs associated with preparing to enter the music profession in Bergen, Norway.
